The Open Civil Academy is a resource to provide free adult education curriculum packages that can be taught by discussion leaders in communities around the world.

Educators and others may create these curriculum packages and post them here to be used by others. These materials are covered by the Creative Commons License.

The site is being reconstructed as an Open CourseWare initiative using the Educommons platform.

We are seeking volunteer technical and educational partners to develop and support the site.
